Course Overview
During this two-day course, Attendees explore how to apply Lean thinking to decompose Epics into Features and Stories, refine Features and Stories, manage Program and Team backlogs, and to plan and execute Iterations and Program Increments. Attendees also discover how the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture contribute to the relentless improvement of the ART. Through our training concept, the participants will be involved in a learning process that creates insight and lasting knowledge. The training has been designed to include theory, practical exercise, dialogue, and reflection.

- Maintain your Certified SAFe® Product Owner / Product Manager certification by renewing for every year.
There are no prerequisites to take this course and anyone interested in exploring the SAFe® framework and building their skills to leverage it can attend this course. Prior work experience in a SAFe environment and experience with Lean, Agile, or other relevant certifications would be beneficial.
