He is a pioneer of SAP DevOps and SAP agile at scale, Author, regular Global and European SAFe® Summit speaker and member of the SAFe® Scaled Agile Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) program.

Malte is the founder of the globally leading high impact awareness based executive development program "SAP Agile Academy" and enjoys to volunteer next to others as Global SAFe Summit 2020 Track Chair Reviewer for DevSecOps, Technical & Organizational Agility.

While working for the German Development Service (DED) in South Africa, he has helped in Local Economic Development (LED) in areas of poverty alleviation and preservation of natural resources. His contribution helped individuals and organizations to obtain, strengthen, and maintain capabilities, to set and achieve their own objectives over time. This experience helps his clients nowadays.
