Leadership

Sharan Mangalore
CEO

Sharan has 15+ years of IT experience in Building and managing complex software products. He is a passionate Agile Coach with hands-on product development and delivery experience using Agile frameworks to achieve maximum business value. He has extensive hands-on experience in transforming organizations from start-ups to enterprises to the agile way of working, focusing on ‘being agile than doing agile’.

Sharan is playing a key role in developing capabilities by providing practice-based education in mainstream education and in the industry in today’s highly disruptive world. He has been acting as a career coach too.

Stuart Turner
Advisory Board Member & Principal Instructor

With over 25 years of working on product and organizational innovation, Stuart has conducted courses and workshops in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, USA, and Canada.

Stuart crosses the boundaries of product development, organizational design, and personal coaching. His background is in software engineering, chiefly applied in the financial services industry but his ongoing fascination with communities, neighborhoods, societies and each individual’s place within them has led him to become a certified coach, mentor, and trainer.

Artus Phee
COO

Artus has more than ten years in the education and training industry, managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business.

Having been a Lecturer and General Manager, Artus is passionately interested in the skills agenda and in training and development for working people. He believes in delivering training with passion and active engagement.

As the Chief Operating Officer, Artus has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the Company’s offerings.

Amol Pradhan
Advisory Board Member

Amol Pradhan has been leading an agile way of working approach for two decades, starting out as a developer with the start-up in 1999. Currently, Amol leads IBM’s Enterprise Agility practice globally, to help organizations deliver business value early and often through Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles and practices enterprise wide. He helped numerous Fortune 500 clients in aerospace, oil & gas, retail, automotive, media & entertainment, information services, and financial industries.

Previously Amol led Ways of Working for Barclays Bank’s APAC Group for 10 years. He and his team won the Best Internal Agile Team award at the Agile Awards in 2016.

Amol is a guest lecturer at the National University of Singapore and speaks at numerous global conferences a year. Amol completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business, LEAD Corporate Innovation Executive Program (2017~2019) to make a real and lasting organizational change at scale.

Christine Johnson

Christine Johnson is currently Global Head, Enterprise Agility at the Standard Chartered Bank based in Singapore.

With more than 30 years of experience in delivering excellence through leveraging agility as a strategic asset to create high performing organisational culture & teams, Christine has worked with many globally recognized organisations which includes Accenture, McKinsey, Oracle, IBM, and HP.

Before joining Standard Chartered, Christine has served as an executive director at DBS bank. Her exceptional level of strategic and tactical business acumen and industry knowledge made her an expert in Agile/Lean and other related disciplines.

Considering her passion and commitment she has received the Professional Award in the Queensland Women in IT (WiT) in 2009. 
Chia Ling
Advisory Board Member

Chia-Ling is the Managing Director of Singapore law practice OC Queen Street LLC, a member of Osborne Clarke’s international legal practice.

Chia-Ling is best known as a "tech lawyer". His core practice areas are in disputes and regulatory advice. He is a recognised individual in FinTech, Technology, Media & Communications, and IP. In FinTech, Chia-Ling advises clients on financial regulation as are applicable to blockchain, cryptocurrency, and payments.

Chia Ling has been described as being “well versed in telecoms regulatory advice, as well as a variety of technology issues, including data privacy and contactless payments. Also handles technology transactions.” –Chambers TMT ASIA PACIFIC 2019

Chia-Ling is a recognised “leader of a solid pack of digital business lawyers” (Legal 500 2020). He has been described as being “one of the top IT lawyers in Singapore” (Chambers Fintech 2019) and a “top notch litigator” (Legal 500 TMT 2019). He has acted in a number of high profile IT/IP disputes, the most recent of which were PropertyGuru Pte Ltd v 99 Pte Ltd [2018] SGHC 52, a copyright infringement case, and Main-line Corporation v United Overseas Bank Ltd [2016] SGHC 285, a patent infringement case.

Chia-Ling sits on the expert panel of SMU Centre for AI and Data Governance and the Editorial Board of international data law publication the Global Data Review. He is also a member of Singapore Academy of Law's Smart Contracts Law Reform Committee. 


Chia Ling is the Singapore Curator for Stanford CodeX's RegTrax Blockchain Initiative.
